    Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC

    By scheduling services with Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC ("Company"), the client ("Client") agrees to the following terms and conditions.

    1. Scope of Services

    Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning, organization, decluttering, clean-outs, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, and related services as agreed upon in writing or through an approved estimate.

    Services will be performed according to the package selected by the Client. Any additional services requested may result in additional charges.

    2. Estimates & Pricing

    All estimates are based on information provided by the Client and the observed condition of the property by Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC

    Final pricing may be adjusted if:

    • The condition of the property differs significantly from what was disclosed.
    • Additional rooms or areas are added.
    • Excessive clutter, biohazards, pet waste, pest infestations, or other unforeseen conditions are present.
    • Additional services are requested during the appointment.

    The Company reserves the right to revise pricing before or during service if conditions warrant.

    3. Deposits & Payment

    A deposit may be required for:

    • Deep cleaning services
    • Move-in/move-out cleaning
    • Clean-outs
    • Large projects

    Full payment is due before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Accepted payment methods include:

    • Cash
    • Check
    • Credit/Debit Card
    • Electronic Payment Platforms and will include fee charge based on platform (Zelle, PayPal, Venmo)

    4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    Cancellation fees may apply:

    • Less than 24 hours' notice: 25% of scheduled service cost
    • Same-day cancellation: 50% of scheduled service cost
    • No-show appointments: 100% of scheduled service cost

    Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC reserves the right to waive fees at its discretion for emergencies.

    5. Access to Property

    The Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

    If cleaners are unable to enter the property, a lockout fee may be charged.

    The Client is responsible for ensuring utilities such as electricity and water are available during service.

    6. Safety & Working Conditions

    Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to:

    • Aggressive animals
    • Hazardous materials
    • Biohazards
    • Pest infestations
    • Structural instability
    • Illegal activity

    If service must be discontinued due to unsafe conditions, charges may still apply for time spent on-site.

    7. Pet Policy

    Pets should be secured if they may interfere with cleaning activities.

    Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC is not responsible for pets that escape due to unsecured doors, gates, or barriers maintained by the Client.

    8. Satisfaction Guarantee

    Client satisfaction is important to us.

    If a Client is dissatisfied with any area cleaned, notification must be provided within 24 hours of service completion.

    Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC may choose to inspect and re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

    Refunds are issued solely at the Company's discretion.

    9. Damage & Liability

    Reck & Reset Cleanng Solutions, LLC is fully insured and will exercise reasonable care while performing services.

    The Client agrees to notify the Company of:

    • Fragile items
    • Valuable items
    • Antiques

    Special cleaning instructions

    Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

    Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage
    • Improperly installed fixtures
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Fading, discoloration, or deterioration due to age or condition
    • Damage resulting from undisclosed hazards

    10. Clutter & Personal Belongings

    Clients are encouraged to secure:

    • Cash
    • Jewelry
    • Firearms
    • Medications
    • Important documents
    • Collectibles

    Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC is not responsible for misplaced items that were left in cluttered or heavily congested areas.

    11. Hoarding, Clean-Outs & Excessive Conditions

    For severe clutter, hoarding situations, estate clean-outs, or properties containing excessive debris:

    • Additional fees may apply.
    • Specialized protective equipment may be required, and additional fees will be paid by client.
    • Disposal fees will be charged separately.
    • Service timelines may be adjusted.

    The Company reserves the right to decline projects that present health or safety concerns.

    12. Photography

    Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC will take before-and-after photographs for documentation, training, quality control, and marketing purposes.

    No identifying personal information will be shared without written permission.

    Clients may opt out of marketing use by providing written notice before service begins.

    13. Disposal & Removal Services

    If debris removal or haul-away services are provided, disposal fees will apply.

    The Client certifies ownership or authority to dispose of items.

    Hazardous materials will not be removed.

    14. Weather & Unforeseeable Events

    The Company shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to:

    • Severe weather
    • Natural disasters
    • Utility outages
    • Government restrictions
    • Illness
    • Events beyond reasonable control

    Services will be rescheduled as soon as practical.

    15. Independent Contractor Status

    Reck & Reset Cleaning Solutions, LLC operates as an independent business and is not an employee of the Client.

    16. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

    Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Arizona.

    17. Agreement

    By scheduling, approving an estimate, signing a service agreement, or allowing services to begin, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
